Meet The Team

Simon Das

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Simon is an experienced real estate and business professional. He is the owner of a residential property portfolio acquired over the last decade and the founder of multiple companies focused in property and finance. His work in the voluntary sector has taught him that you need to build the right relationships in order to get things done. As a landlord himself, he understands the pressures that other landlords can often face when letting out their properties so is well placed to guide the Furness Bay team and ensure that they provide the best customer service possible.

Vicky Siddall

BRANCH MANAGER

Vicky is our Branch Manager. Based in Barrow, she has excellent local knowledge of the area. She has a varied background starting out as a travel agent, then moving into the financial services industry. Before joining the Furness Bay team, she worked as a Housekeeping Manager responsible for a large amount of serviced apartments in the Barrow area. She has a keen interest in property and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Furness Bay team!

Jannine Heaton

LETTINGS AND INVESTMENT COORDINATOR

Jannine, our lettings and investment coordinator has run her own business, so she knows that customer service and client care is the number one priority. She is a property enthusiast, who loves helping onboard new properties and assisting to give them a new lease of life, making sure they are perfect to move into, on time for our new tenants. Jannine is great fun and makes sure the team are always in good spirits, just approach with caution before she has had her morning coffee!
